HOUSE RENTAL & MANAGEMENT

Finca Del Mar home owners have the peace of mind of knowing that there is house and garden maintenance services available to them. Rental management can also be elected by the owners who choose to rent their homes while not here. A variety of Rental Homes  is available, from the quaint one bedroom with a pool to the 4 bedroom ocean front villa.

LOS CARDONES ECOLODGE

Los Cardones Ecolodge offers restaurant service all day, with a wholesome menu including locally caught seafood, pizza, and vegetarian dishes.

BEACH

Finca Del Mar and Los Cardones Ecolodge share approximately 1km of private beach. Nestled between two creeks this pristine stretch of the coast boasts a few remarkable waves. The beach is also host to four species of sea turtles that nest on the dune throughout the year.

 

BEACH CLUB

We have reserved a 4.5-acre site stretched along the shoreline for the Finca Del Mar Beach Club. The Beach Club will be dedicated to home owners and their guests. The communal space will consist of a traditional Nicaraguan rancho with kitchenette and bar opening up into a deck with a salt water pool overlooking the Pacific Ocean. The idea is to provide a beautiful area to spend the day at the beach with the family, for lounging in hammocks and catching up with neighbors under the shade of tall tropical trees. Part of the beach club is reserved as a protected area; an elevated walkway which leads to the beach from the clubhouse across the mangroves creates a park-like atmosphere.

 

NATURE TRAIL AND GREEN AREAS

A 5km nature trail connects the entire property with the beach. Snaking along the creek beds and dry-tropical forest that line Finca Del Mar eventually ending on the beach at the estuary mouths, the trails provide an excellent opportunity to discover nature, exercise, or simply take a relaxing stroll in unspoiled nature.

 

PARK

Part of our vision is to provide a low-density development. And what’s better than a future park featuring a skate park and kids games. The Park will be centrally located and is planned as part of Phase-II.

PROXIMITY TO MANAGUA

Finca Del Mar enjoys the tranquility of being on a pristine coast. But it’s an added bonus to have Managua just a 45 minute drive away for shopping, leisure, or medical needs. The road leading out of Managua is a brand new 2 lane concrete highway.
